Fee Increase

The OBPVS statutory Fee Schedule was modified 4/28/2021 by the emergency enactment of Senate Bill 211. Unpaid or under-paid Fees submitted between April 2021 and now, have been or will still be invoiced by the OBPVS. In addition, simultaneously with the Go Live of the OBPVS' updated Website, a new Form is being introduced. Form No. 1480CM is a Remittance Advice. Hopefully the Form along with the explanations that accompany the actual Fee Schedule will make it easier for you to understand the changed Fees. The correct Fees for an already-Licensed Schools to pay for a Catalog Change may be the most confusing. The different Catalog Fees range from $50 to $150 depending on both the submission's timing, and the extent of any changes being made to the Catalog's Program(s) and/or its Addendum, Appendix, or Supplement. Until the School gets used to the new Fees, please contact OBPVS Director House to verify the proper Catalog or Enrollment Agreement Fee(s).
