Bring Artists to Your Community with Regional Touring Program Grants

Wednesday, July 08, 2026

Funding of up to 50 percent of a performing artist's fee is available to presenting organizations to help bring regional touring artists to Oklahoma communities. Through Mid-America Arts Alliance's (M-AAA) Regional Touring Program, support may be available to nonprofit organizations, units of state or local government, and federally recognized tribal communities to bring in performing artists from M-AAA's six-state region.

Programs featuring artists from a state arts agency touring roster can be awarded up to the maximum 50 percent. Programs booking an artist who lives in the region but is not listed on a state arts agency touring roster can receive up to 25 percent of the artist fee. Organizations in rural areas can receive an additional 10 percent of the grant amount.

Applications are reviewed on a rolling deadline and are due at least six weeks in advance of the activity. Learn how you can bring a touring artist to your community.
