OK Statewide Educator Job Board
Beginning in February 2026, through an exciting multi-year grant, OSDE will provide free recruitment and job search resources to OK teachers and districts!
OSDE has launched a new Statewide Educator Job Board in partnership with OPSRC and Nimble. This is a one-stop shop for current and rising educators to find jobs they’ll love in Oklahoma. It automatically aggregates all teacher job postings across the state and gives teachers the ability to find jobs that meet their preferences. They can see critical information like commute distance and salary scales all in one place.
OSDE is also providing additional free recruitment and job search resources to teachers and schools.

Discover: Statewide Educator Job Board
Through the new Statewide Educator Job Board, teaching jobs across OK are automatically aggregated from district websites and featured in one place for candidates to find. The new Statewide Educator Job Board helps you expand your reach, getting more eyes on your open teaching roles.
Connect: Talent Matching Service
With this free talent matching service, HR teams get their principals access to a pool of qualified teacher candidates. Each week, participating schools receive a curated shortlist of qualified teachers whose job search preferences are a match for their school. This is a great way to empower your school leaders to get in front of more candidates, especially for their harder-to-staff roles.
Hire: Applicant Tracking System
To make hiring even easier, districts and HR teams also have access to a free applicant tracking system (ATS) that integrates seamlessly with the state job board, providing OK teachers a seamless “quick apply” experience. It also automatically pushes all of your jobs to key national platforms like Indeed and ZipRecruiter. This tool helps you modernize and streamline your application and hiring process and reach more candidates.

While all districts can have their jobs featured on Discover (the statewide job board), free access to the add-on products is capped and is available to districts on a first-come, first-served basis, so districts are encouraged to sign up as soon as possible to take advantage.
For principals:
OSDE is committed to supporting Oklahoma schools in finding the best educators for every classroom. That’s why this year, we are providing each district free access to the Statewide Educator Job Board and additional recruitment tools through Nimble.
Individual public schools can opt into Nimble’s matching service, Nimble Connect. Each week through this service, you’ll receive a curated shortlist of qualified teachers whose job search preferences are a match with your specific school.
Principals across OK can sign up with our technology provider, Nimble, to begin receiving matches. Upon sign up, you’ll receive more information about what to expect. The matching service will begin in January alongside the launch of the job board.
Costs:
All services are fully covered by OSDE for the 2026 calendar year, so districts can opt in for free on a first-come, first-served basis. We hope this opportunity will allow Oklahoma schools to pilot new recruitment and hiring tools that equip you to tackle teacher shortage challenges!
Starting in calendar year 2027, districts that have seen a positive impact from these products and choose to continue using Connect and Hire will be responsible for a portion of subscription fees (25% of subscription costs in 2027, 50% of costs in 2028, and 100% of costs beginning 2029).
