Open Records Request

The Oklahoma Open Records Act, Title 51 O.S. § 24A.7, provides public access to government records.   Although government information is presumed to be available to the public certain exceptions may apply.

The Oklahoma Pardon and Parole Board maintains  information on Board decisions and meetings.  Requests for government records on those items may be directed to:

Offender records are maintained by the Oklahoma Department of Corrections.  Offender conviction and case records are maintained by the Court Clerk for the County the conviction was held in.  Requests for offender information should be directed to:
