Agency use or consumption of services provided by the Office of Management and Enterprise Services shall be deemed as accepted by the receiving agency for the rates specified by OMES applicable to the months services were received. Services provided by the Office of Management and Enterprise Services will be billed monthly in arrears for the services provided in the preceding month.
