Agency Rate Packet

A new and improved Agency Rate Packet experience

The Agency Rate Packet provides updated annual billing documentation for technology services and products to meet OMES’s ongoing commitment to transparent reporting.

True-ups are now performed twice yearly to increase accuracy and visibility. By making these projections available a full quarter earlier than previous budget cycles, OMES aims to spend more time working with agencies to receive feedback, make any necessary adjustments and come to agreement.

Step 1 - Cycle 1 True-Up
March 1st
Baseline true-up posted to the PIG with detail file included for agency review.

Step 2 - Agency Review
March 1st to April 15th
Agencies review draft quantities and submit FY25 changes by Monday, April 15th via ServiceNow or designated account representative. Any request submitted after Monday, April 15th be reviewed and processed based on true-up frequency ability.

Step 3 - Cycle 2 True-Up
June 3rd
Second true-up based on agency feedback posted to the PIG with detail file included for agency review.

Step 4 - Agreement Execution
July 1st
Agencies sign Appendix C.

Step 5 - Monthly Billing
August 15th
Billing to agencies for services rendered in July.
