Following is the Open Records Fee Schedule:
Pursuant to 51 O.S. § 24A.5(4), the Oklahoma Department of Rehabilitation Services (ODRS) may recover reasonable and direct costs for retrieving and copying records in response to an Open Records request.
1. ODRS will charge a fee of $0.25 per page for photocopies of records up to 8 1/2″ x 14″ or smaller.
2. Copies of other media (e.g. CD-ROM, flash drive, digital storage device or cloud sharing, etc.) shall be the actual cost of reproduction, including the cost of the media and labor.
3. If the request is solely for a commercial purpose or would clearly cause excessive disruption of ODRS’s essential functions, ODRS will charge the requester the rate provided for electronic searches in Statewide Contract 1044D and the link is https://www.ok.gov/dcs/solicit/app/solicitationDetail.php?conID=4132
All fees for copies, including delivery fees, must be paid by check or money order, payable to ODRS, before the documents are provided.
