Medicaid Services Update

Subject: Changes to Harmony Top Navigation

Date:  July 8, 2022

The Medicaid Services Unit/Informatics Unit is aware of issues with the new Top Navigation deployed on 5/18/2022 during our system upgrade.

The Top Navigation is the area where the Quick Search/Advanced Search and role change options are located in the system. 

At 5:15 p.m. on 7/8/2022 the Top Navigation will be rolled back, and the system will return to the previous view. Please save any work prior to 5:15 p.m. and logout of the system to prevent accidental loss of information during the update. The update should take less than 1 hour to complete.

This change will allow our team to continue to work with our vendor on a long-term solution to the issues we have seen with the Top Navigation features.

Users that continue to see the Top Navigation bar after the updates should sign out of Harmony, Use Ctrl +F5 to clear their cache, close all browser windows, then log back into the system.

Users that continue to experience system error messages or unexpected system logout issues following the update are encouraged to submit specific details by using a PQ ticket with Inquiry Type = “System Issues” and completing the “System Issue Helpdesk Questionnaire” on the Documents Tab of the PQ Ticket.
