Subject: Critical Incident Process Survey

Due to changes in the Critical Incident Management Process, the Medicaid Services Unit (MSU) recently provided training detailing the process changes.
To ensure providers received the information needed to successfully complete the Critical Incident reporting process, the MSU is requesting feedback in the form of a quick survey intended to identify knowledge deficits and solicit recommendations for the dissemination of additional information.

The survey will be active through Friday, July 8th, 2022 at 5pm. Please let us know your thoughts and recommendations.
