Medicaid Service Update

To:  All ADvantage Case Management Providers

Subject: Assisted Living Case Manager Training Registration

Date:  October 21, 2022

Registration is now available for Case Managers and Case Manager Supervisors who wish to become certified to serve ADvantage Assisted Living Members on their caseload.  This virtual training will be held on Tuesday, November 8, 2022 9:00am – 4:30pm, via Zoom

All prospective Case Mangers interested in attending must have a minimum of three months experience as an ADvantage Case manager, and six months experience is preferred. Case Managers must successfully complete this training to serve ADvantage Members choosing the Assisted Living Service Option.  All Case Management agencies must have a certified Assisted Living Case Manager Supervisor to oversee certified Assisted Living Case Managers before their agency can accept Assisted Living Members on their caseload.

Attendance is limited and will be on a first-to-register basis. Participants need to join this online training from a computer with stable internet connection, camera (which is requested to remain on during the entirety of the training and is required to be on during testing), speakers and microphone. Attendees must complete the knowledge pre and post assessments or they will not receive certification.
