ADvantage and Fiserv are offering a rescheduled opportunity for Providers to train on the AuthentiCare Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) system. The original training was to have taken place on September 8th, but there were technical difficulties requiring the training to be rescheduled. This training webinar will be offered from 9:30am to 12:30pm on Thursday, September 15, 2022. Topics covered will include: AuthentiCare: From Provider Access to Claims Export Reports, Scheduling Use of the Mobile Application, and Review of the Self-Service Password Reset.
