Subject:  Oklahoma DHS Provider Cost and Wage Survey - Notification

Date:  August 25, 2022

Oklahoma’s Department of Human Services (DHS) is working with Guidehouse to conduct a rate study for services spanning multiple divisions including Development Disability Services (DDS), Community Living and Adult Protective Services (CAP), and Child Welfare (CW) services. To support this process, Guidehouse will be distributing a provider cost and wage survey to collect pertinent information to advise the rate development process. Included in this survey will be areas that cover topics such as basic organizational information, organizational revenues, administrative costs, direct care and administrative wages by service type, and benefits.

The proposed timeline of key milestones is as follows:

            September 13th: Provider Survey Distribution

            September 15th and 16th: Provider Survey Training

            September 30th: Deadline for Survey Responses to Guidehouse
