​Quality Assurance/Improvement (QAI) Electronic Correspondence to Replace Mail Delivery

In a continuous effort to reduce costs and streamline processes, the MSU will provide various documents to you in electronic form via SmarterMail rather than by postal service.  Documents that were previously mailed to you will now be sent to you electronically, including but not limited to:

• Consumer-Focused Quality Care Review (Audit) reports
• Consumer-Focused Quality of Care Review (Audit) letters
• Plan of Correction Worksheet: Plan for Addressing Audit Deficiencies (and Progress Reports)Templates

This change will be implemented immediately.  Please continue to check your SmarterMail inbox often to avoid any delays.
