Provider Update: December 13, 2019

Subject: ADvantage UPDATES for CD-PASS Service Option

  1. All required forms for CD-PASS service plan processing are located on the OKDHS website at: http://www.okdhs.org/services/aging/pages/cdpass.aspx or on the Acumen website at: https://www.acumenfiscalagent.com/oklahoma/#CD-PASS until they are loaded into the Harmony system. This includes the following:

    1. Budget Worksheet (Version 12/16/2019)
    2. Acumen Employee Pay Rate Form
    3. Designation of Authorized Representative Form (no changes)
  1. CASE MANAGERS SHOULD BEGIN USING THE NEW PAY RATE FORM AND BUDGET WORKSHEET IMMEDIATELY. PLANS SUBMITTED USING THE OLD FORMS AND BUDGET WORKSHEET WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AFTER 12/31/2019.

    The revised budget worksheet includes Worker's Compensation Insurance coverage for Members. Member plans authorized with this new budget (12-16-19) will automatically have Worker's Compensation coverage with the beginning of their new plan year.  Member service plans submitted prior to the date of this bulletin will not have Worker's Compensation added until the next reassessment when use of the new budget will be required

    Please note that the new budget (12-16-19) incorporates the latest provider rate increase and the cost of providing the Worker's Compensation Insurance. The net effect of these changes means that the overall max wage rates have decreased to $12.15 for PSA and $14.58 for APSA which you may need to discuss with the Member.

  2. Final Optional Expense Reimbursements (OPX) and Bonus Checks will be processed and paid out on Friday, December 20, 2019. Also, ACES$ Customer Service ends December 31, 2019. Members will be unable to call in to ACES$ Customer Service after this date.

  3. Member plans in Harmony have changed across all plan lines for service codes S5125, S5125TF, and T2025. Lines end on December 15th with ACES$ and begin on December 16th with Acumen. CMs cannot add ACES$ for dates of service after 12/15/19. If a CM needs to add a CD-PASS service that overlaps 12/15/19-12/16/19, the CM must add two service lines for the services.

Acumen processes payroll for CD-PASS Member-Employers beginning January 1, 2020 for dates of service December 16 - December 31, 2019. If Acumen has not received worker information or if Member is not using Acumen EVV or timesheets they will not receive payment. The deadline to have accurate Member/Worker registration with Acumen is January 31, 2020.
