CDPASS

The Consumer Directed Personal Assistance Services and Supports (CDPASS) service allows active ADvantage Members to self-direct personal care services by:

a) empowering the Member to become the employer and hire their own employee, a personal assistant or PSA, and;
b) managing a personalized employer budget.

Once service plan hours are set by the Member’s Case Manager, the Member will negotiate the wage rate with the employee (within a maximum limit) and develop a member-centered service schedule.
