Subject:MSU New Phone System Challenges

On 1/10/2019, MSU-AA Tulsa Office underwent a new phone system implementation as part of a statewide upgrade. There is an issue with the new phones receiving some phone calls. The previous phone service carrier was Cox Communications and the new phone service carrier is AT&T. The callers that are experiencing difficulty ringing through to the MSU-AA office have been identified to be individuals who have their phone service from Cox Communications. The Office of Management Enterprise Services (OMES) is working diligently to have Cox Communications make the necessary updates to their system that will resolve these issues. We will send a bulletin when these challenges have been corrected.
