Harmony is a waiver management information system used by contracted provider agencies, Oklahoma Human Services, and Oklahoma Health Care Authority staff. The system supports multiple long-term care programs including:
In addition to managing services and supports under these programs, Harmony is also the system used to process medical eligibility assessments for individuals applying for nursing facility assistance.
System Maintenance: The Harmony application is unavailable on Sundays from 5:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. and also on the 3rd Wednesday of every month from Midnight to 4:00 a.m. for scheduled maintenance.
Provider agency users who become locked out of the Harmony Production Site need to call (405) 522-5050. Select language, select Option 4, then Option 2, then Option 4 again to speak with an Oklahoma Human Services representative.
