System Maintenance: The Harmony application will be unavailable on Sundays from 5:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. and also on the 3rd Wednesday of every month from Midnight to 4:00 a.m. for scheduled maintenance.
Password Resets
Provider agency users who become locked out of the Harmony Production Site will need to call 405-522-5050, select Option 4, then Option 2, then Option 4 again to speak with an Oklahoma Human Services representative.
*The caller will need to provide agency name and branch, if applicable, along with their full name and be prepared to validate their security questions.
**The phone line is open Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., excluding state holidays.
