“SPECIAL” Public Meeting for Potential Assisted Living Providers
This bulletin is being sent to you in case you are aware of any Assisted Living centers in your area that may be interested in becoming an ADvantage contracted Assisted Living provider.
Due to the increase in interest from Assisted Living Providers requesting an ADvantage Contract, a Special Public Meeting has been scheduled on September 6, 2013 for Assisted Living Facilities interested in applying for an ADvantage contract only. It will be held at the Aging Services office, Roy Keen Conference Room, in Oklahoma City. The meeting is scheduled for 9:30 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. and any Oklahoma licensed Assisted Living facility that is interested in obtaining an ADvantage waiver contract is welcome to attend.
To ensure the availability of seating, certification application packets, and handouts, please ask the interested Assisted Living to contact Jeanene Bushyhead at (918) 933-4900 by September 2, 2013.
Elements of the Application, General and Administrative Practices, Financial Statuses, and the ADvantage Policies and Procedures will be reviewed for the potential ADvantage Program Assisted Living Provider. The details of these elements will be discussed and questions will be answered at this meeting by ADvantage Administration’s Contract staff. We will also discuss the policies and procedures of the Assisted Living Service Option in the ADvantage Program and go over the most frequently asked questions of the Assisted Living Program. This will be a good time for them to meet with the ADvantage Assisted Living staff and have all their questions answered.
