OKDHS:2-11-93. Payroll warrant distribution

(a) Direct deposit.  Section 292-12 of Title 74 of the Oklahoma Statutes requires all state employees to participate in direct deposit.  All new employees complete Form 10OA073E, Automatic Deposit Transmittal, upon employment and when making changes to direct deposit accounts.  Employees must attach a voided check or letter from the bank and send the completed form to the Financial Services Payroll Unit by email to STO.Finance.payroll.CTK@okdhs.org. 

(b) Any payroll warrant is mailed to the employee’s home address as listed in PeopleSoft self-services.
