OKDHS:2-11-97. Leave charges

(a) Leave charges. Employees are responsible for entering all leave charges into their timesheet. The Financial Services Payroll Unit uses the charged leave data in calculating accurate wages.
(b) Correction of leave charges. It is the responsibility of each employee to to ensure leave charges are correctly recorded on his or her timesheet.
(1) When a discrepancy is noted, it is the employee's responsibility to call the error to the attention of his or her supervisor before the close of the pay period following the pay period in which the charge occurred, or the charge is considered final.
(2) Any overpayment or underpayment resulting from clerical error in leave computation or reporting in the Financial Services Payroll Unit are corrected immediately upon detection.
(3) An employee who has received an overpayment is notified by the Financial Services Payroll Unit of the options available for repayment.
