340:10-19-8. Temporary Assistance for Needy Families-Emergency Assistance (TANF-EA) non-conditioning of payments

     The DHS does not restrict in any way the use which the client makes of an assistance payment which is not designated for a vendor. This also precludes any agreement on the part of the Department to pay or guarantee payment for goods or services provided to clients by vendors in lieu of money payment.
