317:30-5-695.1. Payment of eligible providers

     To receive payment from the Oklahoma Health Care Authority, an eligible provider must:

• (1) hold an active Medicaid contract with the OHCA;
• (2) submit a claim form in the format required by the OHCA; and
• (3) submit the claim timely to the OHCA.
