Oklahoma is replacing SNAP cards with new chip-enabled cards to improve security. Cards are being mailed in a plain white envelope over several weeks. Your benefits will automatically transfer to your new card.

Cards are mailed by ZIP code. Enter your ZIP code to see if cards have been mailed to your area.

What do I do if I haven’t received my new card?

Check the Card Mailing Schedule using the tool above and follow the prompts. If cards have been mailed to your ZIP code but you have not received yours within 10 days, contact EBT customer service at (need Conduent phone number from Brandon Pettit).
