Thank you for visiting the Oklahoma Department of Emergency Management's website. OEM and the Oklahoma 911 Management Authority collect NO personal information, such as personal names or addresses, when you visit our websites.

OEM does not give, sell, share, or transfer any personal information to a third party, unless mandated by law. We do collect personal information when YOU voluntarily give us the information through submitting an inquiry through our websites, applying for a SoonerSafe Safe Room Rebate grant, providing storm or flood damage reports, applying for a training class, or by other voluntary means that you initiate.

In accordance with 74 O.S. § 3106.4, when the Department receives such information from you, we will store the personally identifiable data ("PII") in hard copy and/or electronic means. PII may include, but is not limited to: name, address, phone number, email address, or any other information that is linked or linkable to an individual. This information is only shared with other administrative or regulatory governmental agencies and/or entities providing services to OEM or other entities if required by Oklahoma law.
