US-75 bridge rehabilitation resumes Jan. 19 near Creek Turnpike in Jenks
After collaboration with the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service and the Federal Highway Administration for additional guidance, work on the US-75 bridges over Polecat Creek, just north of the SH-364/Creek Turnpike interchange in Jenks will resume Monday, Jan. 19. The Oklahoma Department of Transportation appreciates the inter-agency cooperation with our federal partners to preserve the symbol of our country while addressing an important infrastructure need along a major corridor in northeast Oklahoma.
On Jan. 19, both north and southbound US-75 will be narrowed to one lane in each direction between SH-364/Creek Turnpike and 96th St. for the duration of the project. Drivers should plan ahead for delays in the area, especially during peak travel times, or consider alternate routes. Weather permitting, the project is anticipated to be complete in November 2026.
The Oklahoma Transportation Commission awarded the nearly $4 million contract for this project in October 2025 to C3 Construction Inc. of Ada.
