Westbound and eastbound US-60/US-412 will be narrowed to one lane in each direction between Stabe Rd. and County Rd. 2770 just east of Lahoma in Garfield County starting Monday, March 22, for a bridge rehabilitation project over Turkey Creek. Wide loads will be restricted to no more than 12-feet in width for the duration of the project. Motorists are advised to expect delays and to plan extra travel time in the area.
The $1.5 million project was awarded in November 2020 by the Oklahoma Transportation Commission to Haskell Lemon Construction Co. of Oklahoma City. Work is expected to complete by fall 2020, weather permitting.
