Donnie Holder

Donnie Holder started his career in 1990 at age 18 as the weekend janitor for Webco Industries at the Southwest Tube plant. From there, he advanced to working in Production Planning, and has worked his way through other positions within the company such as Sales Manager, Product Manager, General Manager of Precision Tubular Products, and Director Materials & Supply Chain Management. Now in his 32nd year with Webco, Donnie holds the role of Vice President of Strategic Sourcing, & Procurement.

Leading Webco’s vendor and partner relationships for all raw materials and MRO supplies while utilizing the Maritime Highways to deliver raw material to plants in Oklahoma and Pennsylvania has always been top priority for Donnie in all his roles at Webco. Advocating for waterway transportation at both at the local and national levels for increased visibility and funding has been the center of his efforts. The sustainability of waterway transportation is crucial to our infrastructure and directly tied to the success of not only Webco but also all users of the waterway system.

A life-long resident of Oklahoma, Donnie resides in Sand Springs with his wife, Jennifer, and four children, two of whom also work for Webco along with a daughter-in-law. An avid community youth supporter, Donnie was president of the Cleveland youth football league, and coached football, soccer, basketball, and baseball. If you are looking for Donnie on a sunny day off, you’re likely to find him on the golf course or fishing with family and friends.
