NCHRP Problem Statement

“The AASHTO Special Committee on Research and Innovation (R&I) is soliciting candidate research problems for the fiscal year 2025 National Cooperative Highway Research Program (NCHRP).

The problem statement template and the instructions for preparing a problem statement are two separate documents:

To be considered for the FY 2025 program, problem submittals must arrive by midnight EST on November 1, 2023—this is a firm deadline.
