Pelivan Transit is owned and operated by Grand Gateway EDA, and has been providing demand response public transportation operation since 1985.Services are provided to residents of Rogers County, Delaware County, Ottawa County, Northern Tulsa County, Mayes County and Craig County. All services are open to the public.
