SH-18 will be narrowed to one lane with temporary traffic signals controlling traffic between Kansas St. and Park Ln. in Pawnee beginning Monday through summer 2024 for a bridge replacement project over Black Bear Creek. Drivers are reminded to pay close attention to the signals in the work zone, expect delays or find an alternate route.
The Oklahoma Transportation Commission awarded the $5 million project to Bridgeco Contractors, Inc. of Wellston in January.
