I-35, US-77 narrow in Kay Co. Monday

I-35 narrows to one lane, shifts at US-177 in Kay Co. Monday 

North and southbound I-35 will be narrowed to one lane, with all traffic shifted to the southbound lanes beginning at 4:30 p.m. Monday through Sunday, July 23, as part of a bridge removal project in the area. Beginning Monday, July 24, all traffic will be shifted to the northbound lanes through Friday, July 28. 

US-77 narrows in Kay Co. Monday through October

North and southbound US-77 will be narrowed to one lane between Home Rd., north of Newkirk, to the Oklahoma-Kansas state line from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday and daily through October for resurfacing.

Flaggers will be directing traffic and speed reductions will be in place during work. Drivers should use extra caution in the area and locate an alternate route or expect delays.
