US-60 narrows to one lane east of Arkansas River through early 2023

US-60 is narrowed to one lane with temporary traffic signals controlling traffic over Charley Creek in western Osage County, approximately 8 miles east of the Arkansas River near Ponca City, through spring 2023 for a bridge rehabilitation project. Drivers can expect minor travel delays in the area. The nearly $1.6 million project was awarded by the Oklahoma Transportation Commission to K & R Builders Inc. of Oklahoma City.
