Eastbound and westbound SH-11 will be narrowed to one lane with a temporary traffic signals to direct traffic between US-177 in Blackwell and US-77 in Kay County from 8 a.m. Monday through September for bridge repairs. Motorists are advised to plan extra travel time and use caution in the area.
