SH-28 closes near Delaware in Nowata County on Monday
SH-28 will be closed over the Verdigris River southeast of Delaware in Nowata County beginning Monday and continuing until late spring 2022 for a bridge replacement project. A signed detour will route traffic along US-169 and US-60.
The $5.565 million project was awarded by the Oklahoma Transportation Commission to Frontier Bridge Inc. in July 2021.
