January Transportation Commission meeting scheduled for Monday, Jan. 8
The Oklahoma Transportation Commission’s monthly meeting is scheduled for 11 a.m. Monday, Jan. 8, in the R.A. Ward Transportation Building, 200 N.E. 21st St., Oklahoma City. Members of the public and media are invited to attend or watch the livestream video online.
Items to be addressed at the meeting:
- Secretary of Transportation and Oklahoma Department of Transportation Executive Director Tim Gatz will provide an update on a recent market study regarding employee salaries.
- Commissioners will consider whether to enter into an executive session related to Secretary Gatz’s performance and salary.
- The American Concrete Pavement Association will present ODOT with an industry award for quality construction in Vian.
- Gatz will reflect upon ODOT’s accomplishments and major milestones from 2023.
