Don Freymiller

Oklahoma Transportation Commissioner, District 4

Canadian, Grant, Garfield, Kay, Kingfisher, Logan, Oklahoma, Noble and Payne counties

Don Freymiller was appointed by the Senate President Pro Tempore in April 2019 as the Transportation Commissioner of District 4. Freymiller will represent nine counties in north-central Oklahoma, which includes the Oklahoma City metro area.

Freymiller is currently Chairman of the Board at D & M Carriers LLC, also known as Freymiller, an Oklahoma-based trucking company.

He has served on the executive board of the Truckload Carrier Association since 1990 when he was named Chairman of the Board. He previously served on the executive board and highway policy committee of the American Trucking Association.

Freymiller is a graduate from Boscobel High School in southwest Wisconsin and a current member of Oklahoma City Rotary Club 29.

He and his wife, Marion (Manya), live in Edmond and have four children.
