Brad Smith was announced as the new Head of the Procurement Division.

An Oklahoma City native, Smith is a Certified Procurement Officer who began his career with ODOT in 2000 in the Information Technology Division.  Prior to this position, Smith spent seven years developing an automated system for the engineering consultant industry.

Smith is a member of the Oklahoma Association of Public Procurement and NIGP - The Institute for Public Procurement.

Brad, his wife Jessica and two children currently live in Mustang, Oklahoma.
