Paul Scott
Paul Scott was appointed to the Oklahoma Transportation Commission to represent District 7 by Gov. Stitt in 2025. District 7 covers nine counties in mid-south-central Oklahoma.
Paul and his wife are the owners of Sooner Mobile X-Ray, a company established in 2001 that provides mobile diagnostic services including X-rays, EKGs, ultrasounds and ECHOs throughout Oklahoma and Arkansas.
Paul served as the Oklahoma State Senator for District 43 from 2016 to 2020. During his tenure, he was actively engaged in several key committees, including Appropriations, Education, Health and Human Services, Agriculture and Wildlife, and Business, Commerce, and Tourism. He also held the position of Vice-Chair of the Senate General Government Committee.
In addition to his professional and legislative work, Paul has held leadership roles in various faith-based and nonprofit organizations. His board service includes the Oklahoma Baptist Foundation (WatersEdge), the Duncan Public Schools Foundation, and the Baptist Village Communities Board. He also participates in charitable initiatives such as Charis Pregnancy Help Center and international mission work. In addition, Paul is involved with 4M XCC ministries and is active in his church and community. His hobbies include golf, fishing and pursuing a private pilot license.
Scott holds a degree in Radiologic Technology from Rose State College and is an active member of his professional industry organization, American Portable Diagnostic Association (APDA).
Paul and his wife, Susan, have three grown children, along with their spouses and five grandchildren.
