ODOT Memorandum of Understanding or Agreement

In accordance with the Government Transparency Act of 2019, ODOT publishes Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs) and Memorandums of Agreement (MOAs) to promote transparency and public accountability. These documents outline partnerships and agreements between ODOT and other agencies or organizations, providing information about the purpose of each agreement, the parties involved, its duration, and the legal authority under which it was established. Making these agreements available online helps ensure the public has access to information about how ODOT collaborates to serve the people of Oklahoma.
