Tara Cullum was appointed Director of Administration in February 2026.

Since joining the organization in 2013, Ms. Cullum has held a variety of leadership positions of increasing responsibility, including Coordinator of Executive Administration from 2017 to 2022.

Most recently, she served as Deputy Chief Innovation Officer, where she played a pivotal role in several key initiatives, including Cabinet Modernization, the First Lady’s Science of Hope initiative, and serving as ODOT’s representative for OK DOGE.

In her role, Ms. Cullum oversees Human Resources, IT/GIS, Government and Community Affairs, and Innovation/Research.
