Demetrice Carter was selected for his role as Deputy Chief Financial Officer in
May with responsibilities including managing Financial Services and
Operations, previously referred to as the Comptroller Division.

Demetrice has over five years of experience working for ODOT and almost
seven years with the state of Oklahoma. Carter holds a bachelor’s degree in
accounting and ethics, as well as a Master of Business Administration.
