
Anthony Delce
The Oklahoma Department of Transportation has established the Engineer Development Program as a united focus for the agency’s existing Engineer in Training program, the Engineer Development Council (EDC), and the student design teams at the University of Oklahoma and Oklahoma State University.
Previously serving as the Division Engineer for ODOT’s Office Engineer Division, Delce has assumed the full-time duty of leading the Engineer Workforce Division and serving as Chairman for the EDC.
Delce began his career with ODOT in 1999 as an Engineer in Training, committing to work in Roadway Design Division after completing his initial year of training. He became a Professional Engineer in 2003. Delce then became a Professional Engineer III in the Office Engineer Division in 2005 and held that position until his promotion to Division Engineer.
Delce holds a bachelor’s of science in civil engineering from Oklahoma State University.
He and his wife, Athena, have three children, son Anthony II, and two daughters Alani and Averi. Delce is also a licensed minister and is a co-founder of Midnight Basketball, a summer youth outreach program in northeast Oklahoma City.
