The Oklahoma Commission on Children and Youth (OCCY) is excited to partner with Be Strong Families to offer Parent Cafe Training in Lawton, Oklahoma, on October 28-29, 2024. This unique two-day training provides parents and organizations valuable tools to support stronger families and create lasting positive impacts within their communities.
Parent Cafes are structured conversations where caregivers can connect, reflect, and engage in peer-to-peer learning. This training will equip participants with skills to build parent-led support groups, increase engagement, and develop networks that encourage open dialogue and shared experiences. By participating, you will be able to make a real difference in the lives of families across Oklahoma, fostering environments where parents and children can thrive.
