The Southeast Child Death Review Board reviews the deaths and near-deaths of children to identify the existence of maltreatment, determine preventability, and recommend improvements to policies and services that safeguard Oklahoma’s children. Composed of professionals from law enforcement, child welfare, healthcare, and related fields, the Board works collaboratively to enhance systems of care and promote better outcomes for children.
