COVID-19 Testing: How to register for a COVID 19 test online or you can call (580) 276-2531 and the Health Department staff will set up an appointment for you.
COVID-19 Vaccines: Regular COVID-19 vaccine clinic hours are Monday through Friday 9-11 am and 1-4 pm. Walk-ins will be seen at other times if staff is available.
