An initial AutoCAD fee for large projects (> $50,000) of $500.00 will apply. This large project fee includes 5 revisions at no additional cost and will be removed upon project completion. Any revisions made after the initial 5 large project drawings will be charged an additional $100.00 per revision and are non- refundable.
 
Smaller project drawings (< $50,000) are subject to a $250.00 fee that will also be removed upon project completion. This small project drawing fee includes 5 revisions at no additional cost, but any revisions thereafter will result in an additional $50.00 fee that will be imposed and is non-refundable.

One-Year Limited Warranty – Powder Coating Finish

Coverage:
OCI warrants that the powder coating finish applied to our products will be free from significant defects in material and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of original purchase, under normal and intended use and proper maintenance.

Intended Use:
This warranty applies only when the product is used under the conditions for which it was designed, including but not limited to:

• Indoor/outdoor environments as specified by the product rating

What is Covered:

• Peeling, cracking, or flaking of the powder coat finish
• Significant fading or discoloration beyond normal aging
• Loss of adhesion due to coating failure

What is Not Covered:

• Damage caused by misuse, abuse, impact, abrasion, or vandalism
• Natural wear and tear, including minor surface scratching or dulling
• Exposure to outdoor weather when not designed to withstand
