Registration

Attendees can pre-register or complete on-site registration to attend either day. By pre-registering, you can:

• Enjoy expedited check-in at the event.
• Register for the State of Technology Luncheon (available to pre-registered cybersecurity and technology industries only).
• Receive the latest email updates about the expo so you don’t miss any of the action.

1. Select the pre-registration button to navigate to the event pre-registration form.
2. Complete the required fields in the pre-registration form and submit.
3. You will receive a confirmation email as proof of registration.

Note: Cybersecurity or technology industry professionals who register for the State of Technology Luncheon will receive a separate confirmation email for that segment, as well as a payment receipt.

Businesses unable to pre-register can still attend the 2025 State Suppliers Expo. Simply visit the On-site Registration table on the fourth floor of the Oklahoma City Convention Center on either day of the event.
