The Council on Judicial Complaints is located inside the Oklahoma Bar Association located at 1901 North Lincoln Boulevard, Oklahoma City, OK. In observance of Independence Day, the Oklahoma Bar Association will be closed on Wednesday afternoon, July 3, 2024, from 2:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m. and the Council on Judicial Complaints will be closed on Thursday, July 4, 2024. If you would like a complaint form mailed to you or if you would like to download a complaint form, please click and follow the “File a Complaint” prompts below.
