No matter your schedule, there are work hours available as a DSP to fit your needs. Full-time, part-time and occasional positions are all options in this field, including days, evenings, weekends or overnight.
DSPs are needed across the state and in different work environments. You might work at a day program, in someone’s home, or with a client at their work or in the community.
The job grows with you. Depending on your interests, there are opportunities to become a Job Coach, House Manager or Floater. Floaters support people when coverage is needed in whatever environment they’re needed in. If you like change and new opportunities, this job is for you.
