GMO guidance updates

Latest federal guidance:

On Sept. 27, the U.S. Department of the Treasury released an update to the Compliance and Reporting Guidance for the State and Local Fiscal Recovery Funds (SLFRF) authorized by ARPA.

The updates to the Reporting Guidance include revisions to subrecipient Unique Entity Identifier (UEI) reporting requirements and changes to incorporate the three new eligible use categories described in the 2023 Interim Final Rule.

To access the Reporting Guidance and learn more about the State and Local Fiscal Recovery Funds, please visit the Treasury’s State and Local Fiscal Recovery Funds website.

Additional guidance:

Remember to check out GMO's current templates (located near the bottom of the page) and guidance available on the Subrecipient Support webpage.

Additionally, if you would like GMO to consider drafting guidance for your agency on any ARPA-SLFRF-related questions or to submit a question to the U.S. Department of the Treasury on your behalf, please complete this online form.

Helpful tip

Subrecipient recognition

We'd like to give a huge shout out to our partners at Oklahoma Human Services for their work to expand access to affordable and nutritious food for Oklahomans in need.

The Legislature has allocated $12.5 million to this effort to combat food insecurity in our state.

Our sincere thanks to the Human Services team for their dedication on getting this ARPA program stood up and progressing to help Oklahomans statewide.
